Cash to Close was created by its two founders Brandon Thomas and Andrew Hill, two local Maryland based entrepreneurs that saw a vast hole in the Home Selling process in a traditional sense. Brandon a realtor himself for many years disliked the fact that selling traditionally removed the ability to be creative and get the Sellers exactly what they wanted. Every seller has a different and unique situation so why not adapt and give them more than (1) option to selling their home?
